WindowsでRust から WebAssembly にコンパイルするを試してみてるが、cargo install wasm-packでエラーになる\n

解決方法\n
　方法1 WindowsにStrawberry Perlをインストールして、cargo install wasm-packを実行する\n
　方法2 コンパイル済みのOpenSSL libraryを使う\n
　方法3 コンパイル済みのwasm-pack binaryを使う\n
from can't install cargo wasm-pack\n

方法３で解決した。\n
